We pride ourselves on being an inclusive venue! When you book an event at The Wool Factory this includes the space, food, beverage, benches, some chairs, all tableware, and some soft seating.

No, this is not a requirement. The Wool Factory carries its own insurance.

Yes! The Loft is complimentary when booking a Saturday wedding, and can be added for a fee for weddings on other days. With a full Wool Factory buyout, the Broadcloth is also included which can be utilized for a secondary getting ready space, vendor area during reception and a late night after party up to 75 guests.

Yes! There are (3) onsite ceremony locations including the ceremony lawn, outdoor courtyard, and Main Hall East (indoors) for up to 150 guests.

Of course! You are not required to use these vendors, but we enjoy working with them!

For weddings of 50 or more guests, yes. We have a list of recommendations, but clients may select anyone they’d like, as long as it is not a guest of their wedding. Day of coordinator or a full wedding planner is your choice.

Dogs are welcome in the outdoor spaces of The Wool Factory as long as they are leashed. Dogs are not permitted indoors. Service dogs are an exception. Dogs may partake in the ceremony.

The Wool Factory has powerful built-in Sonos speakers that may be accessed wirelessly from your device for music amplification only! We do not provide any additional AV services - microphones, speakers, projectors, screens, tv’s, etc. Blue Ridge AV is are recommended vendor for AV

No, we are a full-service venue. An exception to this policy, specifically related to weddings, is dessert. Couples may choose to work with a bakery of choice.

Yes, we offer a complimentary tasting, for any seated event for 100 or more guests. Complimentary tasting for up to two people.

We offer a select amount of linen napkin options to choose from. We do not offer table linens or additional napkin colors. You are welcome to source them from an outside vendor.

Yes! Our team will set up all rented chairs. Only one set of chairs is required for ceremonies taking place in the Courtyard or Main Hall East, and our team will move them to dining tables post ceremony. A separate set of chairs is required for ceremonies taking place on the Creekside lawn.

For weddings, access to the space for decor drop-off is as early as 8:00am, with tables guaranteed to be in place for decor/floral placement 3 hours prior. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis, but must be approved by the Event Coordination Manager in advance.
